1. Scope of Application:
Scope of application: all provinces and cities nationwide.
2. Delivery and Receipt Schedule:
– Once processed, orders will be dispatched immediately within 24 hours or in accordance with the contract timeline.
– For customers in distant provinces, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 days after the order is processed. However, the exact delivery date may vary depending on stock availability, weather conditions, etc.
– Delivery time is calculated from the moment the ordering process is finalized with our consultants until the goods are received.
During the delivery process, if you require invoices or shipping documents, they will be provided directly upon in-store purchase. For home deliveries, we will send these documents to you via email.
3. Shipping Policy:
- Free shipping for orders valued at 1,000,000 VND or above
- Shipping fee of 20,000 VND for orders valued at > 500,000 VND
- Shipping fee of 30,000 VND for orders valued at < 500,000 VND
