Inspection Policy

1. Definition:

– Product inspection is the process of checking and evaluating the supplier’s actual products against the products published on the website, as well as the criteria or requirements selected by the customer in their order on mammy.vn.

– This is an optional service; customers have the right to use or decline the product inspection service. If you wish to cancel the product inspection service, you can uncheck the option before submitting your order.

– For orders that do not register for product inspection, mammy.vn will only check the product type to select the appropriate shipping method, and will not inspect or bear responsibility for the quantity, model, etc., as requested by you.

2. Regulations:

Mammy always aims to provide the best delivery service for all your orders.

After successfully placing an order on the website shop.mammy.vn, you will receive an email confirming your order, which includes the detailed content of the successfully placed order, followed by a confirmation call from Mammy‘s customer care department.

Mammy supports co-inspection, which means you can inspect the goods upon delivery. Please check the goods before accepting them. When products are delivered to the customer, a full inspection should be conducted on:

  • The invoice
  • The product name
  • The actual product

For returned items, please keep the invoice and do not use the product. Please view our return policy HERE.

In the event that you refuse to receive the goods, Mammy will charge an additional return shipping fee, equivalent to the shipping cost of the order you placed.

Note:

– For convenience in handling returns, please record a video while unboxing and avoid using sharp objects to open the package, as this may cause damage to the products inside. In cases where the product is damaged due to the Customer’s fault, Mammy regrets that we cannot support you with a product exchange or return.

– When receiving the goods, please double-check to ensure you have the correct products.

– If any unintended issues arise on the Customer’s side, Mammy will flexibly support and resolve them in cases involving:

  • Inaccurate delivery address
  • Customers wishing to reschedule the delivery time

In force majeure events such as natural disasters, traffic accidents, etc., Mammy always supports and guarantees your rights and benefits.
