RETURN & EXCHANGE REGULATIONS
+ Working hours: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM, all days of the week. (EXCEPT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS)
+ Product processing time: Within 12 working hours.
ARTICLE 01: RETURN REFUSALS. (Returns/exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases)
+ The product’s security seal is missing, or the product label is torn, erased, patched up, and unidentifiable.
+ The Serial number or QR code on the product is scratched out, erased, or unidentifiable.
+ The product has been impacted by external forces such as being dropped or colliding with hard objects, causing the product to deform: dented, bent, warped, bulged, scratched, broken, severed, cracked, chipped, or smashed.
+ Liquid has penetrated the product, such as water or chemicals, causing the product to become damp, moldy, etc.
+ The product was kept near high temperatures, causing it to melt or deform.
ARTICLE 02: CONDITIONS FOR ORDER RETURNS & EXCHANGES
+ Returns or exchanges must be requested within 12 hours after receiving the goods.
+ In case the order is canceled prior to delivery confirmation:
- For orders paid online, Mămmy will issue a refund matching the exact amount you paid online.
- For customers who completed an online bank transfer: please provide your transfer details, including the transaction number, sending bank, phone number, transferred amount, and transfer memo. After verifying the information, Mămmy will issue the refund within 7 working days.
